ZITON A/K/A JOHN ZITO, DECEASED, BRIANNA ZITO, LINDA LORIA ERICSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, CASA DI COMPAGNI PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and THE CITY OF SARASOTA, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 15, 2017, in Case No.: 58-2016-CA-000744 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit In and For Sarasota County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLEY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CARMELO ZITO, INDIVIDUALLY, et al. are the Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Sarasota County:
Lot 16, Casa di Compagni Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Page(s) 10, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on July 20, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
