NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 14, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 001421 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN LEE FORD A/K/A CAROLYN L. FORD, DECEASED; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF SARASOTA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DAVID CHANEY; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A YVONNE PARKS; UNKNOWN TENANT 3 N/K/A WILLIAM CHADWICK; UNKNOWN TENANT 4 N/K/A CHRISTIE CHANEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on July 18, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 2646, OF 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
