NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 19, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2017 CA 001438 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF FRANK GEROLMO, et al, are Defendants. The clerk KAREN E. RUSHING shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 26, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located Sarasota County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
