NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2017, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 006722 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PMT NPL Financing 2015-1 is the Plaintiff and Melissa Morrow a/k/a Mellissa Morrow a/k/a Mellissa Ann Morrow; Unknown Spouse of Melissa Morrow a/k/a Mellissa Morrow a/k/a Mellissa Ann Morrow; Thomas J. Holt; Unknown Spouse of Thomas J. Holt; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Florida Home Mortgage Inc.; Vintage Grand Condominium Association, Inc.; Crocker's Lake Community Association, Inc.; Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 19th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 24, BUILDING 7, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2005281688, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
