The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on July 24, 2017 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 5464, UNIT 90, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 12 TO 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
