ROMANO; THE BANK OFNEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-F; CHARLOTTE STATE BANK; SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MOZZETTA LLC A/K/A MOZZETTA LLC CAPE CORAL, FL 33914; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 22 day of September, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 7085, SANDOVAL - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 15-31, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
