NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 22, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2016-CA-003690 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 24 day of July, 2017 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 19, Block 5, LEHIGH PARK UNIT 1, Section 23, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 64, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
AND:
Lot 20, Block 5, LEHIGH PARK UNIT 1, Section 23, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 64, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
