NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-4402, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE VILLAGE AT WHISKEY CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FRIEDRICH DIRK TIMMERMAN, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTORS, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants. I, Linda Doggett, the Clerk of Court for LEE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on the 26th day of July, 2017. The foreclosure auction will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit #S-102, The Village at Whiskey Creek, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1849, Page 4452, and as amended of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
