Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 17-CA-000018, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MARIE T. BOUCHER A/K/A MARIE BOUCHER are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on July 21, 2017 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT(S) 17&18, BLOCK C OF ESTERO BAY SHORES, UNIT 1 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 11, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF lEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
