KOLLAR, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MONACO LAND TRUST, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 8TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2005; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A BARBARA IRISH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT IRISH AND VLADIMIR SYROKA, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
