NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002173 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Ditech Financial LLC, is the Plaintiff and Melvin M. Raznick, as Trustee of the James M. McClinchey Revocable Living Trust dated April 16, 1993, Musa at Daniels Condominium Association, Inc., Structures Development Group, Inc., The Unknown Beneficiaries of the James M. McClinchey Revocable Living Trust dated April 16, 1993, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 24 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 318, BUILDING 3 AKA BUILDING 13625 OF MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2006000193278, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
