NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004396 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10 , is the Plaintiff and Catherine Sroka, Olfa Sroka, Note Country, LLC, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
