AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and SANDRA RICARDO A/K/A SANDRA POMPAY RICARDO, NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF KIMBERLY ANN HOLLO, DECEASED ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
