NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of June, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000034, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in nd for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. THOMPSON A/K/A MICHAEL DAVID THOMPSON; JENNIFER A. THOMPSON A/K/A JENNIFER THOMPSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION D/B/A DITECH.COM; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
