NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-016720 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12, is Plaintiff, and JAMES E. BREWER A/K/A JAMES BREWER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK 1, BRANDON TRACES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
