NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 26, 2017, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-012167 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Hsbc Bank Usa, National Association As Trustee For Nomura Asset Acceptancecorporation, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-ap3, is the Plaintiff and Warren Redd, Paula Eaker, David Tillman as Trustee of the Mulberry Trust #8412, UTA Dated 6-1-09, Jane Doe 1 n/k/a Tammy Davis, Jane Doe 2 n/k/a Lorna Caractijo, Unknown Tenants/Owners, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
