NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-CA-004835 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Glen E. Kail a/k/a Glen Dean Kail, Deceased; Erich Kail; Lisa Claire Love a/k/a Lisa C. Love f/k/a Lisa C. Gundlach; Eden Matthew Kail a/k/a Eden M. Kail; Fifteen Hundred Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Sun City Center Community Association, Inc.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 12th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/15TH INTEREST IN LOT 31, BLOCK BK, DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY FLORIDA UNIT NUMBER 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
