NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-010635 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and William E. Saylors are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 1411.50 FEET SOUTH AND 25.00 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29, SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE EAST 532.75 FEET; THENCE S 53 DEGREES 59' W, 256.70 FEET TO A POINT 1546.50 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID EAST 1/4, OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 1; THENCE WEST 343.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 135.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FOR PURPOSES OF THIS DESCRIPTION THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 SECTION 1 IS ASSUMED AS RUNNING EAST AND WEST.
