NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2017 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-007922 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA DEATON; JIM DEATON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JIM DEATON; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL; F.L. FULGHUM DESIGN BUILDERS, INC.; EAGLE PALMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA SHANTEL MATHIS, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on August 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, EAGLE PALMS PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGE 11 THROUGH 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 8816 Moonlit Meadows Loop, Riverview, FL 33578.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
