MARTIN, deceased, File Number 17-004717-ES3 by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, that the decedent's date of death was March 21, 2016, that the total value of the estate is $47,884.95, and that the names and addresses of those to who it has been assigned by such Order are:
