NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-007416-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST RUSSELL F. CABOT A/K/A RUSSELL FRANK CABOT A/K/A RUSSELL CABOT, DECEASED; ANDREW L. CABOT A/K/A ANDREW LEE CABOT, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RUSSELL F. CABOT A/K/A RUSSELL FRANK CABOT A/K/A RUSSELL CABOT, DECEASED; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ND; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 6, HOLIDAY PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
