NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-007416-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST RUSSELL F. CABOT A/K/A RUSSELL FRANK CABOT A/K/A RUSSELL CABOT, DECEASED; ANDREW L. CABOT A/K/A ANDREW LEE CABOT, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RUSSELL F. LOT 24, BLOCK 6, HOLIDAY PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
