NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-3331-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and DAVID GROSSMAN, RICHARD GROSSMAN, CACH, LLC, GULFCOAST ASSISTANMCE LLC and PALISADES COLLECTION NLLC are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 24, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 23, CHAMBER'S 1st ADDITION TO HOLLYWOOD, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 5, Page 17, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County Was Formerly a Part.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
