UNIT 504, THE CLUB REDINGTON CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 5 AND 6, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3815, PAGE 928, AS CLERKS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 72077658, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 3834, PAGE 723, AS CLERKS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 72089133, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4183, PAGE 1966, AS CLERKS INSTRUMENT NO. 74082816, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
