NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 7 June, 2017, and entered in Case No. 52-2016-CA-001999 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Successor Trustee To Citibank, N.A. As Trustee To Lehman Xs Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005- 3, is the Plaintiff and Elan Barram, Unknown Party #1 nka Lauralee Pruett, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
