NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 16, 2017 in Civil Case No. 14-005005-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR SPRINGLEAF MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2013-3 is Plaintiff and REGINALD R. SNELLING, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17TH day of August, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 10, Lewis Island Subdivision Section One, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 36, at Pages 60 through 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. By Virtue of that certain Quit Claim Deed recorded 10/01/02 in Official Records Book 12250, Page 2005, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. By Virtue of that certain Warranty Deed recorded 5/7/91 in Official Records Book 7562, Page 2132, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
