CONDOMINIUM UNIT F-1 BUILDING NO. 523, OF PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR II, PHASE XIII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICE RECORD BOOK 5580 AT PAGES 676 THROUGH 741 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 1 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5584, AT PAGES 828 THROUGH 853 INCLUSIVE; AND FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 2 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5631 PAGES 1835 THROUGH 1851 INCLUSIVE; AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 98 THROUGH 107 INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO , ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
