NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 522014CA002875XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein B17 HOLDINGS, LLC, Plaintiff and CHERYL GREEAR A/K/A CHERYL K. GREEAR are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, LESS THE EAST 7 FEET THEREOF, AND THE EAST 13 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK “I”, BOULEVARD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO KNOWN AS: THE WEST 39 FEET OF LOT 17 AND THE EAST 13 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK “I”, BOULEVARD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
