CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA Request for Qualifications RFQ 2017-04: Design Services for Canal Park Master Plan Phase 1A
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, a Florida Municipal Corporation, is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms interested in furnishing design services for the Canal Park Master Plan Phase 1A project. The City intends to select one firm with demonstrated expertise in the design of park and/or recreational facilities (sports complexes, mixed use parks, etc.) to complete this project.

Firms with demonstrated expertise in this field are invited to submit a Qualifications package. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be obtained from the City of Oldsmar, Administrative Services Department, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655; or the City of Oldsmar website at www.myoldsmar.com on June 30, 2017. Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Kathryn Dougherty, Procurement Specialist, at [email protected]. All questions must be received in writing no later than 2:00 PM, local time, Friday, July 14, 2017 and will be answered via written addendum.

Responses shall be submitted to the City of Oldsmar, to the attention of the Administrative Services Department, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677-3655 no later than 2:00 PM, local time, TUESDAY, JULY 25, 2017.

The City of Oldsmar staff will evaluate the responses based on the criteria established in the Request for Qualifications and rank the qualified Contractors in order of preference. The City Council will approve the ranking based on the established criteria for the consultant that best meets the interest of the City of Oldsmar.
