Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about May 16, 2017, at or near 8001 US Highway 19 North, Pinellas Park, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2016).
