Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 14, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 30, SHORE ACRES CONNECTICUT AVENUE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4031 OVERLOOK DR NE, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33703; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on AUGUST 1, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
