NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 09, 2017, and entered in 16-007568-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BROOKS L. JUNK A/K/A BROOKS L. OGLESBY, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LOTTIE C. BAUGH LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 8, 1992; BROOKS L. JUNK A/K/A BROOKS L. OGLESBY, INDIVIDUALLY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; NEW ATLANTIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 24, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1102 OF NEW ATLANTIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED JULY 10, 1980, FILED NOVEMBER 19, 1980 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5109, PAGE 390, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
