NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 09, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-008981-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STARM 2007-3, is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN L. KEPLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 1/2 of Lot 39 and all of Lot 40, of FIFTEENTH ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page(s) 57, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
