NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2017, and entered in 16000793CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATRICK J. COPPOLA, DECEASED; PATRICK J. COPPOLA, JR.; MATTHEW COPPOLA; DEBORAH WHITING; ASHLEY GARDENER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). ROGER D.
