NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2017, and entered in 2015CA-004100-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANNETTE TUCKER, DECEASED; DEBRA MAE REISS; EDNA DORIS PEARSON A/K/A EDNA TUCKER PEARSON are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
