NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2017, and entered in 2014CA-004392-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN GENERAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2010-1 AMERICAN GENERAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2010-1 is the Plaintiff and PETER W. MCGLENN; ALICE F. MCGLENN; CENTURION SYSTEMS LLC, A NEW MEXICO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER THE 398 LAKE DAISY LAND TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 2012; SPANISH HAVEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
