NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003586000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which LoanDepot.com, LLC d/b/a Imortgage, is the Plaintiff and Angelo Padilla, Barbarita Padilla, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 27th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
