Bernstein, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Westridge Homeowners' Association, Inc., Yvonne A. Bernstein, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 28th of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
