NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA001053000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and James L. McNabb; Unknown Spouse of James L. McNabb; Country Walk Lane Phase III Home Owners Association, Inc.; Country Walk Phase III Land Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, COUNTRY WALK ESTATES PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 123, AT PAGE(S) 43 & 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORLDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
