NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on March 23, 2017, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 4-102; ASCOT AT LELY RESORT, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3466, Page 2313, as amended from time-to-time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
Ascot At Lely Resort, A Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not-for-profit ,

And the docket number which is 11-2016-CC-001164-0001-XX.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
