NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21 day of Febraury, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000940-0001, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and NIRU A. SHAH; QUAIL WEST FOUNDATION, INC.; and DREAM PROPERTIES INVESTMENTS, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 at, 11:00 A.M., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, QUAIL WEST UNIT ONE, REPLAT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 84 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
