NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, Dwight E. Brock, the Clerk of Circuit Court of COLLIER County, Florida, will sell the property located in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:

The Clerk of Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 23, 2017 at 11:00 am in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Eourthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trial E, Naples, FL 34112 on the prescribed date.
Pursuant to Section 45.031(2), Florida Statutes, any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
