NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000300 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and Ivette A Perez, Miguel Perez aka Miguel Perez Jr., Unknown Party #2 NKA Sasha Setter, Unknown Party #1 NKA Roger Setter, Baynan Woods Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 23 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 56, BANYAN WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGED 93-97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
