NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002395 in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES MORTGAGE PASS THRU CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, Plaintiff, and, JIE YU, et. al., are Defendants. The Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 23 day of March, 2017 the following described property:
UNIT 1405, SEA WINDS OF MARCO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TOTHE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 986, AT PAGES 78 THROUGH 170, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
