Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of February, 2017, and entered in case No. 2014-CA-000709 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JUBILATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ELYSE ALCE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELYSE now known as MARYSE ALCE, and COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Lobby, Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 23 day of March, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 41, JUBILATION SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 4 through 7, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
