NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 51-2015-CA-002144-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and RODRIGUEZ, FELIX, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAULA O'NEIL, PH.D. shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 4, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 4, SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNITS 1A AND 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 68 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
