Lots 25 and 26, Block 630, 14th Addition to Port Charlotte. Parcel ID No. 0970-06-3025.
Notice is hereby given to each of you that an action to quiet title to the above-described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiffs attorney, Sandra A. Sutliff, 3440 Conway Blvd., Suite 1-C, Port Charlotte, FL 33952, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sarasota County, P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230 on or before April 3, 2017, or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Sarasota County, Florida.
