NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 005547 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and ALEX S. KONDAUROV; KATERINA D. KONDAUROV; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23RD day of MARCH, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1932, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 42, 42A THROUGH 42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
