NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 18, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 005940 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ERIC HAMMOND; ADRIAN BROWN; UNA CELESTA BLACKWIN A/K/A UNA BLACKWIN; JAMES BLACKWIN; DAVIS CUSTOM HOMES, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC HAMMOND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIAN BROWN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID GORDON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CHRISTY LANDERS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 21, 2017 at 09:00:AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF NORTH PORT IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 07/27/1995 AND RECORDED 08/29/1995 IN BOOK 2769. PAGE 2117 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 18. BLOCK 391. SUBDIVISION 10TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, PLAT BOOK 12, PLAT PAGE 23.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
