NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 27, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 006472 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and BRANDON D. BERKLEY, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29TH day of March, 2017 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 1755, 34th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 18, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
