YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a mortgage on real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida has been filed and commenced in this Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DANIEL S. Commence at the South corner of Lot 27, Block 2 of Walden Lake Unit 30, Phase I, Section D, as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 17, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, said corner also being the Point of Beginning; thence on the Southeast boundary of said Lot 27, North 52 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 74.22 feet to the Easterlymost corner of said Lot 27; thence departing said Southeast boundary, South 38 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 110.99 feet to a point of intersection with the South boundary of Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 29 South, Range 21 East; thence on said South boundary, North 88 degrees 48 minutes 08 seconds West a distance of 39.14 feet to the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 29 South, Range 21 East; thence on the South boundary of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest ΒΌ of said Section 12, North 88 degrees 51 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 65.75 feet; thence departing said South boundary, North 28 degrees 58 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 45.31 feet to the Point of Beginning
